Student LAUSD E-mail/Schoology Password Reset

Log-on to mylogin.lausd.net

Select Student
Select Activate your account or reset your password
Read the LAUSD Acceptable Use Policy and and check the box at the bottom and select the Accept button
Select an option to reset your password with your LAUSD mymail account *, District id *, Birthdate, and/or Student PIN *

* Your teacher may be able to provide this information or contact [email protected] or [email protected]

* You can also contact LAUSD at 213-241-5200 and press #8 for information to reset your password

Parent Portal PIN

Parents/Guardians can request their Parent Portal PIN by calling the LAUSD Help Desk Number at (213) 241-5200. The LAUSD Staff Member will assist them in obtaining their PIN by connecting with them through Zoom or Skype to obtain the Parent/Guardian ID verification. Parents/Guardians may use any of the following forms of ID for verification: CA Driver's License, CA ID card, Passport or Consulate Card.
