Student LAUSD E-mail/Schoology Password Reset

Log-on to mylogin.lausd.net

  • Select Student
  • Select Activate your account or reset your password
  • Read the LAUSD Acceptable Use Policy and and check the box at the bottom and select the Accept button
  • Select an option to reset your password with your LAUSD mymail  account *, District id *, Birthdate, and/or Student PIN *

* Your teacher may be able to provide this information or contact [email protected] or [email protected]

* You can also contact LAUSD at 213-241-5200 and press #8 for information to reset your password

Parent Portal PIN

Parents/Guardians can request their Parent Portal PIN by calling the LAUSD Help Desk Number at (213) 241-5200. The LAUSD Staff Member will assist them in obtaining their PIN by connecting with them through Zoom or Skype to obtain the Parent/Guardian ID verification.  Parents/Guardians may use any of the following forms of ID for verification: CA Driver's License, CA ID card, Passport or Consulate Card.
